VYC Voices
VYC Voices is a no experience needed choir, offering big opportunities like a recent performance at Carnegie Hall.
For singers who
- ARE IN GRADE 11 THROUGH AGE 24
- are passionate and excited about singing
- ARE LOOKING FOR A CHOIR THAT STRIVES FOR ARTISTRY
“In VYC, I have learned that being a leader doesn't mean someone is better than someone else. It is about striving to help everyone reach their potential, and together exceeding what we thought possible.”

NIKI
VYC Voices
VYC Voices launched in fall 2019, and quickly became a close-knit and very social group of singers! Their very first performance was a few months later at the Chan Centre, and their irrepressible joy and passionate singing was the talk of the show. Just last season VYC Voices travelled to New York City where the young singers had the honour of performing at Carnegie Hall. We are looking forward to another year of camaraderie and beautiful music.
NOTE: VYC VOICES does not require previous experience, however, to have a balanced choir (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass) all interested singers are asked to participate in a placement interview.
Fees
- Cost for this program will be $625 per singer. As always, we have bursaries available for singers with financial need.
